Asaf Klein is a partner at B. Levinbook & Co.

 

He began his career with the firm in 2002, and was named partner in 2009.

 

Mr. Klein has extensive, in-depth experience in a wide range of civil and commercial cases, representing private clients as well as some of the largest companies and banking corporations in Israel and around the world. He handles various disputes in all courts and areas of substantive law, including banking, securities, deeds, contracts, insolvencies, class action suits, collaterals and liens, corporations and finance, insurance, privacy protection, and so on.

 

In addition, Mr. Klein possesses vast professional experience and extensive expertise in collections and insolvency proceedings, such as liquidation, receivership, bankruptcy, securities law, creditor arrangements, and more. He provides clients with ongoing guidance regarding insolvency proceedings, and also represents them in these proceedings, which include complex proceedings, lien and asset foreclosure, and developing and drafting of various related agreements, among others.

 

Mr. Klein has been appointed by the court/execution office as an official dealing with insolvency proceedings, serving as both a company receiver and liquidator. He also represents such officials.
